I am moving out of my current house share in September as I have to move away from Southampton for work. We are looking for a female, non smoking, young professional most likely between 25 - 35, who wants to move into this clean and friendly house.
The room and house are great value for the quality. You would be moving in with two other professional females, one nurse one project manager. Friendly and social to share with but this isn't a party house. We do go out for drinks together but we also have independent social lives. We want to find the right housemate who will fit nicely into this mix - so please tell us something about yourself in your reply!
This is a long term let straight from the Landlady so no agency fees. There is an attractive garden at the back of the house, a luxury shower in the upstairs bathroom, a small box room for guests, a living room and kitchen that are all communal areas. We like to keep these areas tidy for each other and want a respectful housemate that will regularly wash up etc. We pay bills between us and also pay for a cleaner and gardener to keep the house nice for us all - currently this is about £100 per month for all bills and services. This may change as we are starting to look for better deals!
The room is UNFURNISHED but the rest of the house is FURNISHED and equipped with white goods.
