I have a furnished double room in a quiet residential area - 3 bed 1st floor flat in charminster/queens park area.

The room comes with:
double bed, Chest of drawers, desk and chair, wardrobe, Wifi, and tv aeriel socket

Rent/Bills:

The rent is £312. 96pm but this includes water.

Other bills (see below) are extra:
Electricity/gas (quarterly and price varies)
Internet (wifi £5 each per month) Council Tax (varies but currently £13 each per month)
Tv Licence (one of payment on arrival £40ish)

All bills are divided equally by the 4 of us.

About Us:

I along with my friend and her boyfriend are currently living in the flat. We are ages 24 and young professionals.

The house is nice and quiet with all mod cons separate kitchen/lounge.

The flat will undergo redecoration at somepoint during August.

We are looking for someone to move in from 31st Aug

The Area:

Located near the bottom end of charminster high street - close to food shops, take aways and pubs.

Bus stop at end of the road M1 and yellow bus 3 to bournemouth and poole every 10 mins
