I am a sociable and easy going person, who is clean and tidy. I am looking for someone with a similar temperament. Someone who is sociable (to have dinner/ glass of wine or go out for a drink after work) would be advantageous and most importantly they must respect people’s privacy.
There are plenty of local amenities such as bars, supermarkets, restaurants, cinema and shopping centres close by. Also there are two leisure centres within close proximity.
Kent House Station is 8-10 mins walk with a journey time of approx 20mins to Victoria and 35mins to Blackfriars/Farringdon/St Pancras. Clock House Station is 5 mins walk with journey times of approx 20-30mins to Charing Cross, London Bridge and Waterloo East and Cannon Street. Excellent bus links and tram services to Croydon & Wimbledon.
The £575 includes all bills except telephone. I am happy to consider Monday to Fridays and short term tenants with rent rates reduced accordingly.
