I have a recently decorated and furnished double bedroom to rent in a 3-bed semi in Heeley. The house is in a friendly neighbourhood, close to the city centre, Meersbrook Park, post office, shops and frequent bus routes.

I am a professional female who works long hours and I travel quite a bit. I would welcome sharing my home with a reliable/honest student or professional. If I am being honest this would suit someone who wants a bit of peace and quiet. I have a decent sized garden and the house has all the usual mod cons, inlcuding new washing machine and fridge freezer.

The rent is £75 per week or £325 per calendar month and includes all bills (gas, electric, council tax, wireless internet connection, sky+ tv, tv licence, water).

Also, I have one very friendly cat.
