I am going to be moving out of my current property on 20th September so I am looking to help out my live-in landlord in finding a new tenant! The room is fully furnished with a doubel devan bed (extra storage!) and mirrored wardrobe. The window overlookes the fair-sized back garden with a small barbeque area towards the back. There are two full bathrooms in the property (one upstairs with bath/toilet/sink/shower, one downstairs with double shower, toilet and sink), and three other bedrooms; two upstairs which currently home two very friendly girls and one downstairs where the live-in landlord is. He's brilliant, fixes everything when asks and is more like a fellow housemate than anything! Living room with a triple sofa and armchair with flat-screen TV and full Virgin media package and wireless internet all included. Very modern kitchen with double oven/hob, large fridge freezer, breakfast bar and 4-person dining table.
All bills (water, council tax, TV, internet, gas & electric) are included in the rent!
