I have a room to rent in a lovely flat close to Dundee City Centre and only five minutes walk to Ninewells hospital. Nice central location for both bus and train stations and for both universities.

The flat is currently undergoing a small amount of refurbishment; new carpets in some rooms, freshly painted, brand new bathroom, and has been kept in excellent condition. Bills are quarterly and are divided between all tenants. These include electricity and line rental and internet. Wireless is provided and is available throughout the flat.

The room comes partly furnished with a double bed, desk, built in double wardrobe (with excellent storage), bedside table and chair. Hoover, iron and ironing board and utensils (pots, pans, cutlery, cups/glasses, plates/bowls etc) come with the flat.

The room is initially to be let on a 12 month lease. The price is £300 a month rent bills to be paid as and when but are split between tenants. References and deposit of £300 is also required.
