Hello!

Responsible and tidy flatmate wanted for attractive, peaceful Victorian terrace, 3 mins from Oldfield Park shops and 18 mins walk from town.

All bills (incl 50MB broadband) are included in rent, as is a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

We're looking for a man or a woman. You'll be sharing with me (Kevin), Mark and Richard. Kathryn (who's moving out) says, "I never imagined living with three men, but actually it's worked out really well!"

I'm self-employed as a confidence coach and have lived in Bath for 10 years now, Mark is Principal of a language school and Richard (who on average is only here one night a week) is a support worker.

The room is neutrally decorated with tasteful, matching stripped wood bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe. The bed is a single, but the room can easily fit a double and if you want to bring one in we can take the single out of your way.

The house has two fridges, freezer, new gas cooker, washing machine and *separate tumble dryer*.

As well as the lounge there is a heated and double-glazed conservatory (used as dining room) and a small garden. Bathroom suite is white, plus there is a second, separate toilet. House is double-glazed throughout.

Free on-street parking (there are always easy spaces) and working burglar alarm, plus there's train station at end of the road for trains to Bristol or, via 1 min journey to Bath Spa, London.
