I am 24 years old female professional and part time student looking for a individual or couple to share the flat that I currently live in. Available is a double room with built in wardrobe and desk, there isn't a bed at the moment but i can arrange one if necessary.
The 2 bedroom flat is in central Bournemouth, 2 min walk from the bus stops, shops and bars area. It has been renovated 2 years ago so it is very good condition and I would like the person that moves in to keep it that way (as well as tidy) :). The toilet has a big bath and a separate shower which would be shared with me as well as the kithen.
Price is £425 for one individual and £500 for a couple per calendar month including all the bills.
