Hi! We are looking for a new housemate. In an already exsisting, Mixed-Gay-friendly house share. It's a very nice house, and we are both easy going guys. Both with different interest, friends and lives of our own. And occasionally meet for dinner and TV during the week. The Room is a double room with En suite bath/shower and toilet. Unfurnished, but with built in wardrobe. Communal lounge and kitchen diner. There is also a small patio garden. Parking is available. But is permit holder zone Z only. And may take some time to apply for from the council. Council tax, water, and wifi are included in the rent. The Gas and Electric are shared quarterly between the three of us. Deposit and refs required. Sorry No couples, Pets or smokers.
