Hi, I have a smallish double bedroom in 2 bed flat 1 minute walk from South Gosforth metro, so 5 mins into the city centre and Uni. I am a 21 year old graduate who will be working so I am looking for someone who won't be partying throughout the week too much, and likes to keep things clean, although I am fun loving and like a trip to the pub of an evening and I love going out at the weekend. I have a boyfriend who lives in Nottingham who may visit sometimes at the weekend as he works full time there. The house is completely new with all new fixtures and fittings in bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher etc. The cost includes all bills and broadband. The contract is for 12 months starting from 1st Sept, but I would be willing to take shorter contracts. Get back to me if you are interested/ would like to see some photos, Kate x
