I have a double room available (13ft x 8ft) to rent in a lovely 2-storey fisherman's cottage/flat. It's fully furnished with a built-in double wardrobe and further cupboard storage (not shown in photo as rooom difficult to photograph!). The house has been refurbished and includes all mod cons, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas stainless steel oven, shower, bath etc. The kitchen also has a table and chairs for eating. The property has a large sitting room with 3 cosy sofas, surround sound, sky+ and wifi internet access (included in rent) and a large separate study with sofabed and desk. There is ample outside space with a lovely garden, patio and outside storage for bikes etc - great for bbqs.

Parking is never a problem as it is a quiet location. The house is 20 mins walk from Union St, 5 mins by bus (1 mins walk to bus stop) and 5 mins drive from the Altens/Tullos industrial estate. Situated on the edge of a golf course and 1 mins walk from the water's edge, the location is great if you love golf and coastal walks. For those who like a decent pub, I live just round the corner from one of the best in Aberdeen, definitely the only one on the waterfront!

The room would suit a professional and I'm happy to consider off-shore workers, short & long-term lets and mature students. I am looking for someone easy going who wants somewhere that will be a home. I have a dog but she is totally house-trained, doesn't smell or dribble and no sofa/bed surfing allowed! Oh and doesn't drop hair everywhere! She just wants someone who'll chuck her a stick/biscuit every once in a while!
