Hi,
I have recently purchased a three bedroom new build flat at Eden Bank, and i'm looking to rent out the two spare rooms.
Both rooms are doubles with built in mirrored wardrobes. Both rooms have their pro's, but obviously first in gets first choice.
The bathroom will be shared by the two tenants, who will also have shared use of the lounge, kitchen and balcony areas.
I have also got wireless broadband installed in the flat.
There is only the one allocated parking space for the flat, but there is also space right outside the door if need be for more cars.
I'm looking for a couple of flatmates who will hopefully become good mates aswell. Ideally, as i work shifts i'm looking for people who are clean and tidy and respectful of others, while still able to have a good laugh and enjoy life.
I work as a firefighter, and i enjoy most sports espec football.
The council tax and other bills will just be divided up between whoever is living in the flat at the time.
