Double Room in Coventry

I am looking for someone to rent my spare room who wants to spend week nights in Coventry but return to their main home at the weekends. I have broadband and the kitchen has all the usual appliances. The bathroom is shared and has an electric shower.
The room for rent has a king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. There is a TV aerial point in the bedroom, but no TV at the moment. I will change and wash the towels weekly and bedding fortnightly for a Monday to Friday let.
Electricity, gas, water and broadband all included in rent. As I currently receive a Council Tax reduction due to single occupancy, I am looking for someone who pays Council Tax in their own home or is exempt.
Warwick University, Coventry University, Tile Hill train station, Birmingham International Airport and train station are all within easy reach, as are the M40, M42 and M6.
I have 2 cats so it is not suitable for anyone with allergies. I am easy going and friendly and look forward to hearing from you.
