The room is fully furnished and recently redecorated with a comfortable double bed with lots of storage space (including a chest of drawers, wardrobe and cupboard space). The room is lovely and warm in winter. Linen and towels included if required.

The house is a 10 minute walk from Chester City Centre, a 2 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute drive to the M53 offering easy access to Liverpool and Manchester. On street parking is available but would require a council parking permit.

There are lots of shops and a supermarket within walking distance.

The house is Landlord occupied by a professional couple aged 31 and 34. Please note that there are also two very friendly cats residing at the property!

The property benefits from a large modern kitchen and utility area including a fridge, freezer, cooker and washing machine.

There is a cosy sitting room with sky tv and a large dining room. Office space including a desk is available for shared use.

The room is not en-suite but there are two toilets within the property and the newly fitted bathroom has a bath and shower.

The property has a compact but very sunny decked garden.

This is a cosy and comfortable house situated on a quiet street. We are a sociable couple who enjoy nights out with friends but due to early morning starts are not really into late nights during the week.

Ideally we would be looking for a professional individual or couple who are friendly, like cats, are tidy (of course!) and who work office hours.
