Gorgeous double room, with its own bathroom and terrace, to let monday to friday in a lovely, recently renovated, split-level victorian flat on a one way street in Kensal Rise/Kensal Green. Very quiet with a lovely rear aspect overlooking gardens.

It's a split level flat and i sleep in the loft room upstairs (with it's own en-suite bathroom).

The room is light, airy and attractive, with a door to the terrace, and comes with its own good-sized bathroom with bath and shower; all spotless with good fittings.

The flat has all mod cons - with wi-fi, washing machine, digital TV etc. Full use of kitchen, fridge, cooker.

It's just a two minute walk to Kensal Green tube (it's on St Margarets Road, an attractive, one way street), or a 7 minute walk to Kensal Rise station. Great connections to Paddington 10mins, Euston 12 mins, Oxford Circus 20 mins, North London via overland train.

I'm a friendly, laid back freelance editor and work my own hours, so we'd probably not bump into each other in the kitchen in the morning! I'd like to rent the room on a monday to friday basis to someone preferably in their late twenties upwards. It's quite a large flat and you'd just be sharing with myself.

Duvet, pillows and towels can be provided. Mattress/bed is medium-firm and very comfy.

I can let the room on a very short-term basis if required, or can guarantee a minimum of 3 months to the right person.
