I am looking for 3 tennants to move in with me.
It is a 4 bedroom house ( all doubles). Good sized Kitchen aswell as lounge and living room.
There is a patio - nothing much but it is a nice feature. It is a quite street and all nighter party's will be a no no .
It is 2 mins away from Queens and 5 minutes away from City Centre.
I am ideally looking for similar professionals - recent grads or final year students.
Final year/master or PHD students may like it due to the library being near by.
I am open to any applicant. I finished UNI over a year ago and work in finance. I enjoy having the week to relax but dont mind going out for a few pints or housemates letting there hair down. Weekends are fine to do what ever.
Respectful tennants are a must as it is a beautiful area.
