Room to let in Dunluce Avenue just off the Lisburn Road, only a 5 minute walk to Queens and 15 minute walk from the city centre.
Good sized room with a new double bed and furnished with a wardrobe, set of drawers and a bedside locker. The house has a separate kitchen and living room area. Kitchen is equipped with the usual stuff and the living room has a TV, DVD player, freeview and leather couches. There is a reasonable size back garden area with washing line and a sheltered area suitable to store bikes/have a BBQ in.

Currently only 1 girl and 2 boys live here, two of which are students at QUB and UU Belfast. We're aged between 20 and 21 and would prefer a student housemate around a similar age, although if not just someone who won't mind the odd bitta noise and late night.

The contract runs from now until 01/09/12 so it would be perfect for someone who wants to move up to Belfast for the second term of uni and have the house over summer. Please only contact us if you are able to fulfill the entire tenancy.

£200 a month for rent, Virgin internet is £5. 25 a month and the electricity is divided among us whenever the bill arrives every quarter.
