There is Central heating and this and all other utilities are included in the rent. There is use of the family washing machine or there is a launderette 3 mins walk away. There are good local shops including a Sainsbury's local
In the main house live myself and husband and 3 tenants. We have a friendly dog and 2 cats. Outside is a garden which tenants are welcome to use. The area is Nether Edge a leafy suburb about 2 miles from the city centre. There is a good bus route into town and to the universities and the Hallamshire Hospital. Parking space is usually available on the road outside the property.
