We have a lovely double spare room to let in our 3 bed semi. Fully furnished including king size bed with bed linen, 42 inch flat screen TV with Freeview, access to broadband and all bills excluding food. The house is shared with a couple, and all other amenities are shared, including kitchen diner, lounge and bathroom. The house is decorated to a nice standard and has off road parking. If any other services such as packed lunch, laundry etc are required this can be discussed for a further charge. We would prefer a Monday to Friday lodger but will consider a full time lodger dependant on their circumstances. The house is in walking distance of good local shops and has a bus stop outside directly into Birmingham City Centre, which is about 15 mins by car. Its perfect if you are working at the airport or near the NEC as we are very close to those, in fact the same postcode!

We also share our house with 3 other residents, a staffie called Boycie and two short haired cats called Margo and Chips, with this in mind if you are not a pet lover, this is not the house for you!

We both have an early start so are invariably in bed by 10pm, as such we would appreciate someone who is on the quiet side during the week, however we are still young so like to socialize at the weekends.

In our spare time we like cycling, climbing, films, photography, good pubs and camping. We are both Birmingham born and bred so if you need some insider secrets we would be happy to impart our knowledge if you’re not from the area ☺
