I am looking for a professional person - someone who gets on well with others and is prepared to keep the house clean and tidy. If you smoke that's OK, but you must do it outside.

I do have a friendly cat, however, he is kept downstairs.

Parking: there is some free parking, however, a parking permit is available from the council at a cost of £20 per year.
