I am moving into my new house Mid-March and have a spare room available to possibly let out to the right person.

The house itself is brand new with luxury kitchen, bathroom and living area finishes. There are 2 bathrooms in the house along with an extended sunroom and large detached garage. Everything in the house will be new and will be low maintenance living. The heating system is Phoenix Gas so instant hot water.

I work Mon-Fri and 2-3 evenings of the week I am typically out. Ideally I would like to rent the room Mon-Fri so I have the house to myself at the weekends but this is not a requirement and any arrangement would be considered.

Cleanliness and respect for others property is a must as everything is new and finished to a high standard.
