I have two beautifull rooms to rent in a stunning 3 bed flat located on the Paragon in the heart of Bath. Owner (me) has moved out so I've had to rent out roomst.

Place needs to be kept decent so only apply if you want to live in a nice clean place.
If you're new to Bath then this flat is just about as central as you can get. The top of the main shopping street (Milsom st.) is literally 50m from your door. Flat consists of three bedrooms, hallways, kitchen and large lounge area. All the mod cons are there with SKY, Broadband, white goods etc..

The larger Room is a large double with views over the city fully furnished to a high standard. Rent is 450 a month.
The smaller one is a very large single or small douuble. Still big enough for a 3/4 double bed desk/wardrobe and other roomy bits.

The flat has loads of storage available as the main kitchen/living area is huge with a massive storage basement and a private garden for when it finally stops raining.

The master room are already rented to a long standing tennants so the mobile number given is for him. Dave.
