We have a double room available in our 3 storey, detached house in central Southampton (just off Inner Avenue). The room is on the ground floor and has a door backing on to the garden.

The house is spacious, and has a large living room, 2 bathrooms, a garage, garden, sky tv, phone line and wireless broadband.

Town centre and train station are less than a 15 minute walk away, and the bars of Bedford Place are just around the corner.

All current housemates are professionals ranging from 26 to 32, we're all pretty relaxed and groovy and easy to get on with. So we're looking for someone who also meets that description.

Council tax works out at £27 each per month.
