Quiet, bright double room near Poets Corner

Hello,

We're two professional males looking for a third housemate.

The room has furniture, character and the house has everything you want including a cooker with 6 gas hobs! It's close to a train station, has a bus stop at the front and is a few doors from a pub, Sainsburys and a few mins walk to the beach. We have a cleaner who keeps things nice and clean. Naturally.

We are both very easy going people who like socialising, adventure but also down time. We are clean, considerate and respectful.

Rent includes all bills, high speed wifi and a cleaner.

House has:
6 gas hob/ industrial sized cooker
Washing machine
Dish washer
Double glazing
Dining room table which can sit 8
Wifi
Double sofa bed in living room
Power shower and bath
Free on road parking is a 5 minute walk away however residents permits are very easy to obtain and there is no waiting list

We're looking for someone who'll fit in and sociable but also respectful of the shared sitting room/kitchen. One of our is a teacher so works hard from Monday - Friday and needs quiet evenings!
