I have a 3 bedroomed house in Ingleby Barwick and I am looking to rent out my spare room which comes fully furnished. I have had lodgers in the past and it has always worked out really well and I've made good friends out of it. You will have full run of the house which is nicely furnished and decorated. I am situated in a friendly cul-de-sac with easy access to main roads (A19 / A66) surrounding and local towns Yarm and Middlesbrough. I have broadband wireless internet access, SKY television, a garden with decking area, spacious living room, large kitchen / dining room, a garage and loft for storage and room for a car to be parked outside. Rent is £360 a month which includes all bills.

I would describe myself as friendly, easy to get along with and organised. I work at the The James Cook University Hospital as a graphic designer and I have a busy social life as well as having hobbies that take up some of my spare time.

I am looking for a tidy, clean, non-smoker. Someone who will easily fit in with a wide range of people and is interesting, friendly and fun. Obviously someone who will respect my privacy and the house too! Please get in touch if you are interested.
