The flat is approximately a 5 minute walk from Southampton Central Station and the city centre. Bedford Place is just a couple of minutes away where there are a range of shops, bars, restaurants, pubs/clubs etc . So the flat is pretty well located for commuting to work, pub trips, shopping or nights out. (There is also a NCP car park out the back of the building which is free from 6pm-8am).
There’s a shared garden at front and rear of the building and Watts Park is about a minute walk. The flat has got a pretty large lounge with sofa/armchairs, coffee table, gas fire etc. There’s also a big kitchen with all the normal stuff you’d expect including washer/drier and dining area. The bathroom is pretty large and has an over bath power-shower.
About us: We’re 3 young-professionals who work in and around the Southampton area and enjoy a good night in or out. We're looking for someone fun to move in to replace our housemate who’s moving up to London. Ideally you’d enjoy a trip to the pub or a good film and/or sport on the telly.
Rent is £275 pcm plus bills which are approximately £60-80 a month. There’s broadband wireless in the flat and digital TV in lounge. Contract referencing with the letting agent is £100+VAT and they ask for the first month rent in advance.
