Hello, I have a double room available in a two bedroom house.
The house is located in a very central area right next to Brighton station, 5 min walk to Churchill Sq and 10 min walk to the seafront.
The room is fully furnished, double bed, wardrobe, shelves stand, desk and chair. Furthermore, the room is facing south so it is very sunny and has a lovely balcony. The room also has brand new sound proofing double glazed balcony doors.
The house is fully furnished, on the first floor there’s a pretty big living room and a separate kitchen, two fridges and one freezer and the bathroom that has a shower and a separate room for the washing machine and the dryer.
Both bedrooms are upstairs and there is a storage area in the attic.
Moreover, there is a front garden where I’ve placed a table and four chairs and is ideal for a bbq. Also, there is a back patio where you can leave your bicycle.
I am working 5-6 days per week so when I am at home I enjoy cooking, drinking a glass of wine, watching some films but I also feel the need for some quiet time. Ideally I would like to share with a professional male 25-35 that is clean, tidy, sociable and respectful.
