We have a double room available in friendly house. Room has double bed, drawers, shelves and wardrobe. Current occupants both clean and tidy and easy going.
We are quiet during the week but quite social at the weekend. One of us works away during the week sometimes. The flat is over two floors and Michael currently had downstairs room, and I am in upstairs one. The room available is upstairs. There is also box room (just a single) if there are friends coming to crash. We would prefer someone who is happy to be involved socially with us as well. We love going down to the Ouesburn pubs, and there is a nice local a 2 minute walk from us.
£290 includes bills, (incl wireless).
We are looking for a young professional or postgrad to share. Available room is upstairs, in top floor flat.
Metro station is 5 minute walk away, and bus goes from the end of the road takes 20 minutes to central station. Kingston park is within walking distance. There is also off street parking.
