Hello. I have a double room to let in a 2 bedroom house. Full use of house and garden. It also has off road parking should you need it. It is located near the Science Park. It has wardrobes a double bed and its far enough out of town to be quiet but still central enough for links to the city centre and the A14. Plus good access to the Cambridge Guided Busway. The kitchen is equipped with the usual fridge, cooker, freezer, washing machine and microwave. The £500. 00 a month is inclusive of heating, water, electricity, council tax and broadband WIFI.(Bargain - thats just £16. 50 a day!) I am ideally looking for a quiet house mate (but not too quiet!)
