Hi, my name is Jacquie and I am hoping to rent out my spare room. I live in a 3-bed mid terrace in Walkley with a nice garden, large kitchen-diner and bathroom, and on-street parking. I am friendly, clean and tidy, chatty and easy to get along with. I am a final year dental student, and in my limited spare time I enjoy badminton, keeping fit, meeting with friends at the pub/park, and quiet nights in.
The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk, storage, easy chair, etc
I have wireless broadband, landline telephone, TV, combi boiler, washing machine and the usual kitchen appliances.
The are is quiet, 2 minutes to tram stop, 20 mins walk to sheffield uni, 10 mins to tesco/morrisons
