Kitchen includes, fridge, freezer, washing machine + oven - all integral appliances. Flat is 5mins walk from Asda/Train stn, 10/15mins walk to town and gardens. It is in the quiet and 'leafy' area of Dean Park, close to the cricket ground and to Meyrick Park golf club. I don't mind smokers as long as you don't mind smoking outside.
