Rent will be payable at the start of each month which includes all bills (gas, electric, wireless internet, sky tv and sky sports, council rates, water rates etc.) and the bedroom is fully furnished and has sky tv in it and a HD flatscreen. Local landline phonecalls are free in the evenings and weekends- any other calls will be charged.
I'll ask for a £225 security deposit to cover any damages which will be refundable at the end of the contract.

There is space for parking, all the normal kitchen amenities, recently done up garden with decking. About a 100 metre walk from the top of Midsomer Norton High Street.

There are 2 other housemates and also 2 cats on site.

I am the actual landlord, and am an Accountant and am around the house most nights of the week. I play pool, squash and like to keep the house clean so no messy people please. I have asked for a girl as they tend to be tidier but will consider a bloke if they are tidy.

The other housemate is a lab technician at a local college and is a relatively quiet person but will socialise and has recently joined my pool team.

PLEASE NOTE that I have the house up for sale but have had little interest in 6 months. The minimum stay would be 6 weeks (notice would be given if I do sell) and the maximum could be a few years if I take the house off of the market soon...
