I have a double room/house share available in a 3 bed house, 1 room is currently used as an office. The house is a fully furnished home with all mod cons. It has new decor throughout, a garden and a patio area with views towards the Peak. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of on-street parking. There is also a direct bus route to the city centre. I have previously shared the house with short and long term tenants. I do have a cat, who is very friendly and funny and well trained.
