Newly refurbished two bedroom flat with new kitchen and new bathroom to share with professional couple.

The flat is on the 2nd floor in an 8 storey block on private road that is well cared for (gardens and trees maintained by landscaping company, live-in caretaker for the block) and very quiet. Garage (for storage) and parking available. CCTV and entry-phone system.

The block has its own laundry room with washing machines and dryers but the flat itself also has a washing machine. Service washes (inc ironing) can be arranged.

The flat is double glazed and windows are cleaned monthly. Heating is via new, slimline electric radiators on timers.

All bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, service charges, phoneline rental, wireless broadband) are included in the rent. Basics like hand wash, toilet roll, kitchen roll, etc are also included. The kitchen is very well equiped for budding chefs!

The Bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, book and CD shelves, a chest of drawers, a double divan bed and 2 bedside tables. It also has its own phone socket and wireless broadband.

The flat is just ten minutes walk from four stations - Beckenham Junction, Lower Sydenham, Beckenham Hill and New Beckenham. Trains go to Victoria, London Blackfriars, Charing Cross, Waterloo or London Bridge. Journeys usually take 20minutes or less.

Beckenham is a really lovely, very green suburb. A very large Sainsbury's and Waitrose are nearby.
