Living in the house are 32 and 35 year old female professionals and a lovely cat.
House offers cosy lounge with sofas, tv, internet wifi and telephone; kitchen with all the usual necessary stuff- fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine etc.
Lots and lots of loft storage space with relatively easy access (step ladder).
Nice enclosed garden with shed and table and chairs etc.
Looking for friendly chilled respectful independent easy going housemate to join this homely fun and relaxed household.
£370pcm including some bills - council tax & water rates.
