The location of the house is excellent as it is only a 5 minute walk to the train and bus station and a few minutes walk to the local restaurants and bars.

The house has recently been completely renovated and has 3 bathrooms. The other people living in the house are all young professionals and it is a great place to relax enjoy cardiff and meet new people if you are new to the area. The house is fully set up with all the modern amenities, washing machines/ dryers, microwave, tv etc and the lounge has satellite TV.
