Enjoy the summer in Brighton!

Really nice room in quiet cosy house. Lovely street with lovely pubs and very friendly community minded neighbours. I am very clean and tidy, love cooking, looking for a trustworthy tenant who needs a quiet refuge. Preferably you are a home owner looking to relocate who needs a lovely base for a while. Must not mind being on own and must therefore be very trustworthy as I am away four days a week. I'm friendly, chatty, like to cook the odd meal together but not compulsory! Looking for someone professinoal, working fulltime, age from 35-90! Its a six month let only, but totally ready for occupancy! Very suited to shift workers as its a great place to sleep and rest.
