We have two rooms available in a fabulous house to share with 2 fun and friendly professionals, hoping to find other like-minded individuals. We have a furnished single and double bedroom available in a detached house in Beckenham, with a fantastic view over our large garden.

We are in an up-market area of Beckenham, a short distance from both Shortlands station (trains to Victoria and Blackfriars), and Beckenham Junction (trains to Victoria and Blackfriars, plus the West Croydon Tram Link). It is also a short walk into Bromley.

The house has a modern kitchen, study, dining room, and a large living room with digital TV.

Although London is easily accessible the house is a perfect escape from busy London life. The large garden has a high hedge for privacy, but still allows for all day sunshine. It is perfect in the Summer for lazing around with a drink and some BBQ food. The drive has space for cars and as we are next to a cul-de-sac, it allows for extra parking. The house also has a large detached garage at the foot of the garden.

We are very easy going people who look after ourselves and the house, enjoy each others company and respect each others wishes.
