Large double room available from the middle of April in a 2 bedroom house on Cherry Hinton High Street.

The house is fully furnished to a high standard with most mod cons, there is a cosy living room and a really nice front room that faces the street. The kitchen is nicely done with stable doors!
The room is on the 1st floor and fully furnished with double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and so on. The rent is £380 per calendar month.

The bills would be shared (2 people in total). I have lived at the house for 18 months and found they average at about £120 per calendar month and are made up of; Council Tax, Virgin Media subscription, gas, water and electricity.

There is a car parking space available at the rear and a garage in which a car could be stored if you like. The back garden has some decking and a table and chairs.

The house is clean and pretty tidy(!) so looking for someone who's happy to keep the place looking like that . I've enjoyed living there and looking for someone who is sociable and I’d be happy to share the whole of the living space.
I'm 27, work 9-5 near the train station and really keen on music and enjoy cooking for friends.
