Hi

The house has excellent city centre accessibility, 15 minute walk to city centre and five minutes from train station and tram line. It is located just off the bottom of City Rd. Also easy access to M1.

Perfect for city centre workers, Hallam University / Sheffield College Staff. Very regular buses to Hallam Hospital and Sheffield University.

Attic bedroom is for rent, double room.

The house is modernly decorated. There are two toilets, a power shower, bath, central heating and the house is fully double glazed. There is cable TV and broadband. Parking is available on the street outside (street is very quiet). There is also a small rear yard where you can at least have a seat in the sun (when there is some!). There are two parks close to the house also.

Rent includes all bills.

We live with Louis the dog who is very friendly, quiet, doesn't chew and watches TV in his bedroom at night!
