This area of Shipley is quiet and the house is located five minutes walk from Shipley train station. For those people who do not know Shipley, the train station has fast, reliable rail links to Leeds city centre. There is a supermarket just opposite the train station and the rest of the shops are a ten minute walk away in the town centre.

I am a reasonably tidy person, and I work through the week at a company in Leeds. On weekend I like to relax, meet up with friends or go to the odd gig. I'd say I'm a fairly laid back guy, can take a joke, and I like to have a laugh. Would like to live with someone who's sociable (eg someone who would go out for the odd drink on a weekend) and considerate of other people.
