Hi, I’m Nikki, a 31yr old professional. I’m clean, tidy and friendly. I enjoy lazy nights in during the week and good nights out on the weekend. I’m looking for a similar, female (25ish to 35ish) to share this lovely flat with and hopefully to become good friends with. The flat’s in a great location just off the Avenue, only 5mins walk from Bedford Place and 20mins walk into town. All the rooms have really generous proportions and are neutral in decor, with communal areas comprising of entrance hall, large fully furnished living/dining room (with a balcony available for smokers) and a lovely modern kitchen with built in oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. You would have sole use of the main bathroom which is modern, white/chrome and fully tiled, with a shower over the bath. The bedroom available is a large double and comes complete with a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, small free standing shelves, built in wardrobe and cream curtains. There is plenty of room for extra furniture if you desired. There is a secure storage facility at the flats for items such as bikes. There is ample on street parking.
