We have a lovely double room available from 27 February. The house is a Victorian mid terrace property in Priory Road, Mount Pleasant, Exeter which is walking distance into town, the sports centre and local shops are close by. The property has been fully refurbished and includes 4 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, sitting room and bathroom.

The room is on the first floor and is a light and airy double bedroom and has a double bed with mattress and mattress cover, 3 drawer bedside chest, 5 drawer chest, double wardrobe, wash hand basin, 7 electric sockets, TV, broadband & telephone points in the room.

You will be pleased to know that the garden furniture and the BBQ set are already in place in the enclosed patio/garden.

Our cleaners come to the house once a fortnight and clean the common areas of the house.

The friendly housemates are two girls and one guy, single professionals in their twenties. Irene is a Pharmacist, Charlotte is a teaching assistant and Paul works for an Airline. The house has a nice feel to it and the housemates are all very friendly.

There is on street parking available.

The rent which is set for a year is £440. 00 per month and is inclusive of ALL the bills: Council Tax, Electricity, Gas, Water, Broadband, TV Licence, Digital TV, UK landline telephone calls and cleaning service.

The contract is a six month Assured Shorthold Tenancy with a periodic monthly tenancy thereafter.
