Hello, we are looking for a new housemate. You must be clean, but chilled, mature, and have a sense of humour!

The communal area is open and modern, with a home cinema. The kitchen is well equipped too. The rooms are bright, clean, and fully furnished but you could move in other stuff too if needed. Bed linen can be provided if required.

There is a garden which you will be welcome to try your hand at if that's your sort of thing. It's not our sort of thing really.

Also staying at the house are 2 fluffy cats. They will mostly be outside, but if you are allergic, this is not the house you are looking for.

There is excellent off street parking, and a garage may be available on request. The area is very quiet and safe.
