I am a male, 26, young professional and I own the property and live there full-time. I am quiet during the week and like hill walking at the weekends.

I have a house trained cat. You must accept the cat!

On street parking. About 10 mins walk to city centre, bus stops.

The internet is wireless on 24/7. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, large modern flat. There is a multigym which can be used anytime

The rent includes the bills apart from phone bill, the phones are for emergency and freephone numbers. The bills included are council tax, cable, internet, gas and electricity. This would take monthly to £330, but the weekly amount already includes bills at £90. £380 per month for 2 sharing.

The room includes a very long desk, wardrobe, computer chair, drawers and a double bed.
