Double room for single occupancy, in lovely Victorian cottage in a village located 7 miles north of Winchester.

The newly decorated room has a double bed, bedside table and a fitted wardrobe.

Shared bathroom that has a fabulous power shower and bath, and there is an extra downstairs toilet.

I am looking for a considerate lodger who will respect and take care of my home and belongings. Would suit professional person. Someone who is clean and tidy, relatively quiet and respectful of communal areas.

The house is well decorated and quite cosy. I have a friendly cat, so you would need to be ok with that. There is a shop/post office and a pub in the village.

Kitchen is quite big with plenty of space to cook. Separate dining room.

In terms of facilities there is a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge, freezer and access to wireless internet. I currently have Freeview for TV but no Sky or similar. Pretty garden.

I’m friendly, easy going, sociable person, respectful of others' privacy.

I keep my home clean and tidy. Rent, is inclusive of bills.

Parking is on street.
I like to spend time relaxing at the weekend, chilling out, or being busy with various things. I enjoy radio and cinema, yoga and gardening.
