I am a 24 year old IT professional looking for someone to move in and share my flat. I enjoy travel, good food, going to town (although not as often as I used to!!) and meeting new people.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, social, and most of all, considerate.

It is a modern 2 bedroom flat in Dean Park, 5 minute walk down Richmond Hill to Bournemouth Square, and under 10 minutes walk to the beach.

The bedroom in question is furnished.

Internet and basic sky package included. I don't spend a huge amount of time watching TV but I would be happy to look at upgrading if the cost was shared.

The kitchen and lounge are separate and both are quite large. The balcony overlooks a large communal garden which is great in the summer for barbecues and generally being lazy in the sun! :)

Secure underground parking is available for a total rental cost of £470pcm but this can be agreed at a later date. Otherwise there's plenty of parking on the road.

All bills included in price, apart from phone usage. A cleaner will periodically pop in too which will be at no extra cost to you.

I have uploaded some photos of the flat, however it looks slightly different as these were from before I moved in.

It's a very nice flat in a good area. It's safe and quiet, yet is only 5 minutes walk from the centre of town.
