Hello,

I have a fully furnished double bedroom with an En Suite shower room, over looking the garden, to rent in my home. The room comes with a double "Click-Clack" sofa bed, double wardrobe with built in draws, side table, lamp ect. There is space for a small desk and the room also benefits from being on a separate floor from the rest of the house, so it’s nice and private.

You also have use of a large kitchen (electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dining area) shared with just one other. Wireless broadband is available and the room has recently been refurbished.

The house is located in a quiet close within easy reach of the science park and the centre of town – both around 10 mins by bike, as well as convenient access to the A14, M11 and A10. It also benefits from being only a 2 min walk from the nearest bus stop and there are also local amenities. While I can’t offer off street parking you will always find a space outside the house. There is secure storage for a bike.
