The monthly rent is £560 for single occupancy and couples are welcome for £700 per month.

The house itself is very close to the Science Park and regional college. Access to the A14 is within a 2 minute drive and the Citi 4 bus stop is within a 1 minute walk and the Citi 1 bus stop is within a 3 minte walk. The house has very good parking and there is plenty of space to lock bikes in the south facing garden.
