The room measures approx 2. 75m by 3. 95m. The flat has two bathrooms, so the main bathroom (with a bath, good shower, wc and basin) would be for your sole use. The flat has a lounge-dining room with freeview TV, DVD player and stereo. The lounge opens out onto a shared garden, which is great for sitting out in the summer. You would be sharing with me, a 31 year old female, and my hamsters! I work flexible office hours in the town centre during the week, and I enjoy relaxing at the weekends. My interests include art, sailing and pilates. I'm a clean and tidy person, who is generally fairly quiet at home but also sociable and looking to make new friends. I am preferably looking to share with another professional female.
